iM600 portable audio sytem for iPod
I am impressed with the quality of this product, good bang for the buck. Music is crystal clear, remote control comes in handy. I would have liked a little more control over the bass instead of spending extra for a separate system. Overall, I happy with the product, it has met my need

Great sound
An upgrade from the older inMotion. Great sound from the iPod and the radio. I do wish it had an AM mode, though.

Altec Lansing Epitomizes Good Quality
My sister gave me a different model for Chrismtas a couple of years back, and my husband absconded with it. He travels a lot on business, and works in noisy environments, so he loves having the ability to play (and share) his favorite tunes on the job (his associates rather like it, too)! Given our good experience with a similar system, we purchased this product as a birthday gift for our 24-yr-old son. He quickly called to say, "Thank you SO much for the docking station!!! I use it every day--it's awesome!" The compact size, easy portability and the amazing speaker quality are the major plusses from my (albeit limited...) perspective!

Would be perfect with a clock!
I reviewed and tried out numerous iPod speaker systems prior to buying the iM600 and found that, for the money, this is a really good system. Two things would make it perfect for me - if it had a clock as I use it in the morning when I'm getting ready for work and if it had a carrying case to take on trips with me. Other than that, I'm very happy with it! It's got a great sound (even when playing the radio) and I can dock my 80gb iPod with the case on which I love since I'm usually rushing in the morning. That way, I can just grab it off the dock without having to put the case back on.

Great product for the price
The sound quality is good. I like the fact that it has an FM radio built in. The only thing I do not like is the fact that it does not recharge my ipod batteries while it is playing (unless I am doing something wrong). Other than that, I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would definitely purchase this one again. Highly recommended.
