Wonderful CD; Very relaxing and refreshing
I have enjoyed using this very relaxing and refreshing CD. Ms. Haverty has the ability to talk you in to a wonderful state of relaxation, giving you specific images, and then give you suggestive phrases that allow you to find your own healing answers. I find myself feeling better and better the more I use this CD, and my mind is focused on finding solutions to health-related issues much more than ever before. This really keys in to the "mind=body connection" as far as I am concerned. Use it just for the relaxation, if you like, or to explore your own ability to begin the healing process.
