Prodcut Description: [More Information ...] This is Kenny Kleinpeter's first "post September" album and the bittersweet melodies reflex the changes in our lives. His piano and strings instrumentals paint vivid heart-felt moods of serenity and peace. Four songs continue his Louisiana theme in describing the Old State Capitol and songs about the territory of the Louisiana Purchase which celebrates its bicentennial next year. Two songs mark the passing of friends and a brother, Durby, to whom the CD is dedicated. This is a must have CD for the Kleinpeter collection.

Reviews:
Come to the Castle I picked this up after hearing the title cut on one of the commercial music stations on DTV. I really enjoyed the first 7 numbers, especially the "Heart of the Castle", the rest of them a little less. They are all basic chord progressions on piano with other accompanying instrumentals, very pretty, but not something the average pianist could not reproduce, at least the piano part. Nonetheless, great for relaxation and meditation. Unlike much New Age music, not really very "out there" or "woo-woo". Just basic, melodious, and restful. |
