Decent, but not for young or thin people.
Decent product, certainly for the price.
One caveat: the belt is adjustable, but at its smallest setting it fits a 32" waist.
If you have smaller than a 32" waist, you will not be able to tighten the belt to fit snugly. This is a drag when you have a full bottle of water in it.
