Very Relaxing with a Twist
Every since I heard this album, I have been a fan of Amerie. This album consists of mostly slow tempo songs which can be very relaxing. Almost every song on here is a favorite for me, which is rare on most albums.

All I need
Amerie is one of the most slept on talents in R&B today. Very good vocals and didn't sell her soul to make it.

Best I have heard in some time!
I loved Amerie's Touch CD, so I dug deeper and found this one, her debut CD. Thanks God I did! It is deep, melodic, sensual, and all of this made it one of my favorites currently. Just sampling it will make a believer out of anyone plus a new Amerie fan for sure!

A songbird!!!!
Amerie has a beautiful, and a powerful voice. She reminds a lot of Minnie Riperton. She pours her heart and her raw emotion into every song that she sings. My favorite tracks on this album would have to be I Just Died, Why don't we, and Nothin Like Lovin You. She is a talented singer, and one that has a great and promising career. A must have album.

PLEASE DON"T SLEEP ON THIS GIRL.
I don't know why it has taken me like 2 years to comment on this album. Anyway, If you don't have this cd, you really have to get this cd. This is the kind of cd that you can listen to from the beginning to end. My favorite track on the cd is "Nothing Like Loving You". However, the entire cd is great and to pick a fav is really hard. I recently was given the opportunity to see her live and man was she great. She was on tour with DC and Mario and she sounds the same on the records as she does in person. To sum it all up, I think she is great and this is a must have.
