wrong color in box
I ordered blue boots. The boots arrived ten days later: correct box, wrong boots. Instead of blue they were pink and with only four days to Christmas I felt I had to keep them. I do believe the box should have been checked before mailing. Good product, wrong color, seller issue.

Good product, no customer service
I think the boots themselves are great. Unfortunately I was short shipped and in over a month's time have never reached a live person to do anything about it, only the empty promise that they will respond to my email in 24-48 hours. I can't remember ever having a worse experience customer service-wise. I finally contested it with my credit card company and went out and bought my daugher Uggs. So a good product if you actually get them.

the boots that were ordered for my daughter were perfect and arrived quickly and in excellent condition.
