NEW Port Authority Signature - Fine-Gauge V-Neck Sweater Vest

This seller does not understand how important it is to communicate.
This is what I left for feedback and wanted to share it on the page: The seller agreed to exchange a large sweater for a small. I sent off the large sweater with a tracking number. I emailed this seller about 4 times to find out about the exchange--no replies. I am giving this seller the worst feedback BECAUSE to me, a transaction IS "Awful" if I never receive answers to emails. Also I discovered they'd had my return for 10 days and still did not reply to my emails or make the exchange. They have given me a refund, but that's not much use to me as it's a credit card refund and I've been paying interest all this time. Not at ALL happy. Would not recommend if you are someone who really needs to communicate with a seller. Bad Show, Just Threads. Now, there was nothing wrong with the sweater that I could see. But I suggest finding a similar sweater from a seller who will work with you on exchanges and refunds or any other communications needs.
