Overpriced
I bought the same product at Kmart/Sears for half the price and no waiting on US snail mail.

Sized for Giants
Admittedly, I am a big guy. These seemed perfect. What I did not realize was how big they are. The waistband reachs all the way around me without binding, however they are really long. Even with them pulled-up to old-man height, they still come to the top of my knees. That are soft and comfortable, but REALLY big.
Late Bloomers . . .
Great quality shorts by Russell, but way too long. In keeping with the current "gang-star" look, they've actually re-created my great grandmother's bloomers. These will get "whacked" to about a 6 or 7" inseam. . . (not to be confused with the gang-star term "whack") . . .
I ordered 2; I liked them a lot;Then I ordered 2 more!
That pretty much says it. I haven't washed them yet, so if they fall apart
after a wash or 2, I will amend this review accordingly, for accuracy's sake.
They are comfortable right away, tie-able via drawstrings, and have workable pockets.
Great for warm-weather when slacks would be uncomfortable.
I hiked in a redwood forest with them and they held up OK.
At this price, the only other thing thing you'd wish for is some durability (over
repeated washings).
I'll know soon enough.
So far, they work for me.
***Postscript, a few weeks later***:
The shorts have held up well after lots of wearing &
a couple of washings, and do seem to be fairly well-made.
Don't seem to be any problems there.

More weeks later:
Still holding up fine to everyday wear and a few more washings.
I suppose If I worked a steel mill or rustled cattle
in these airy-comfortable, baggy cotton shorts,
they would really wear out fast.
But for regular activies they are great.
You know, everyday stuff like walking around, driving, shopping,
hanging out, walking the dog, washing the car, playing frisbee in the park,
swimming (yes, they do work well as swim wear too,
in lieu of something else), playing golf, etc etc.
And ofcourse, couch-potatoes will love them too.
