If they say that your order is being processed, it may in fact be out of stock, as I found out the hard way. The are not truthful and may not respond, as the other reviewer and I both found out. Great pants for the groomsmen!
I needed four pairs of grey pants for a wedding. These pants came in plenty of time and looked great on all of the groomsmen. We had to order an extra pair at the last minute because one groomsman was bigger than I thought, but another pair came quickly. Great service! They looked great in the wedding. I sent a picture with the pair I had to send back. You were great to work with. No contact after return of item
I received the trousers in a timely manner. They were what i expected although they did not fit. I returned them a month ago and have not heard a word from the company.
