Rare Earth Takes Me Back...
I just heard the 20-plus minute version of 'Get Ready' for the 1st time in over 20 years, on XM radio (the Boneyard) and it brought back memories of that time, growing up in S.F. We used to try to dance to the entire song,(hard to at times because of the changes in tempo)and falling down from side-aches and laughing too much. The whole cd is some of the best music of its' time. I just went out and bought it! Happy Memories.....

this collection of their hits are excellent in quality and sound and also in variety. i was always looking for the long versions of GET READY, I KNOW I'M LOSING YOU, AND MA. this cd has it all. very well satisfied with my cd.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE CD's
I grew up loving Rare Earth. Wish I could get a teeshirt. lol. I sing along in the car....especially loving Get Ready..but all the songs are fabulous. It's also one of my favorites to listen to when in a romantic setting. It revs me up. I have alot of wonderful memories listening to this one.

First Thing That Surprised Me About This CD Was The Quality Of The Sound! The Detail Was Great. I Am Surprised By The Quality Of The Masters Series, I Also Have Donna Summers Greatest Hits In This Series And It Is Also Very Well Done. But Back To Rare Earth: Having, Get Ready and Ma on The Same CD Is Awesome. I have Not Heard Either Song For Some Time And It Was Really Great. I Have Ribbon/Planar Tweeters And The Guitar Solo From Get Ready Just Sizzles....AMAZING! Oh Yes! I Had To Adjust The Volume Slightly...Upwards That Is And Its OK To Adjust The Subwoofer Also. Good Party CD!!!
