What in the world is wrong with this?
I remember the first time I stuck this cd in my cd player. It got better with every second that went by. I kept thinking, "Man Billy Dean has finally figured it out, and now all the critics can't say he has no style anymore." I couldn't wait for the reviews to come out.Then they came out, and not a one of them was positive!! All of them said, "Billy Dean really goofed this time!! Not only does he have no style, he has now went pop!"What???!!!!! This cd, while not a classic, is one of the best released in 1993. All the songs are well chosen and fit nicely. The playing is perfect, and Billy's robust and crystal clear voice is right up front leading the way.The title song deserved to be a number one hit, as well as the definate version of "We Just Disagree." I think everyone should have this cd, and for the prices I see above, there's no excuse not to.Just do yourself a favor, forget every review you have ever read that has been written about Billy Dean.Just to make something clear. I am a fan of classic country music. I can't stand today's "poptry" So don't think I am a new country fan who likes this cd because I can line dance to it. It actually has artistic value.
