Reviews:
seen the show when they played in ca haven"t seen the dvd but seen the show when they played in ca ...expected more... Symphony X on DVD - it's good, but where ANTHRAX ??? I think : must have for metal fans GRRRRR !! Save your money. I won't even mention the other bands on this DVD.
Dream Theater, Nevermore are the only bands worth watching on this release. Megadeth aren't too bad but their other live DVD release is much better.
I could think of 50 Nevermore songs they could have put on this disk, and they don't include the actual songs contained.
Put it this way. I bought it, i watched it, and haven't again.
Nevermore needs to release a dvd on their own and stop putting 2-3 songs on different compilations.
I'll stick with Dream Theater Live in New York or Budakon. AWESOME concert! beside bobaflex, everything is great!
especially nevermore,dream theater and megadeth!
megadeth sounds 1000 x better then TWNAH line up, the vocal is top notch! Unorthodox Metal Line-up With my all time favorite Megadeth, Fear Factory and progressive metalist Dream Theater in tow, you can't be wrong. In this DVD, I became an instant fan of Nevermore and Symphony X. Hope that they will be releasing thier own DVD soon. All in all, this is worth watching except I just can't bear watching Bobaflex...Anyway, I will be waiting for Gigantour 2 since all the lineup is awesome with Arch Enemy, Opeth and Soulfly....Hope that it will be realsed soon....
For now, enjoy the first offering by Dave Mustaine..... |
