Prodcut Description: [More Information ...] It has been over four years since the last live album from Paul Lamb. That s a long time in the life of a band, especially one as busy as the King Snakes. During that period Paul brought a Spanish blues guitar player into the fold and also featured as a special guest on the album is Paul s son Ryan, a professional musician in his own right. The concert set presented here is a good representation of the current repertoire of the band and further exemplifies Paul s determination to present the blues in all its light and shade. Crazy About Me hits that Bo Diddley groove and along with Sweet, Sweet Woman is a standard Paul Lamb crowd-pleaser. Money World , with its references to Tony Blair, gives the song a wry contemporary feel taking us into the album s stand-out track, the deep blues cry of Adopted Child co-written by Paul and Chad.
