I am sorry to say that I found the price quite steep for what it had to offer. Compared to Patricia Lei Anderson Murray's videos and DVDs which are cheaper and have much more to offer, I found this one sorely lacking. It whet my appetite and it was over.

Authentic Hula
Those interested in Hawaiian culture and tradition will find this a fun DVD to practice beginner hula with this "foundation" number. It has also tweaked my interest in the ipu.
