This is very relaxing, soothing music. All selections are of similar caliber: harmonius and beautiful. It's something like New Age Baroque; good evening listening before bed.

whether your having dinner with friends, doing yoga asanas, getting a massage, meditating, or just laying on the couch-or in bed to go to sleep, Liquid Mind is top in it's class...When I'm going to bed, and put it on, I rarely finish the album...Beautiful sound.

A truly natural way to fall asleep
I'm very satisfied with this CD. So far I haven't been able to listen to the last three songs.

Totally Relaxing
I love this CD. The music is just what I needed to detach me from the hustle and bustle of my busy day. I also play this CD in the classroom for my 5th graders when I need to set a relaxing mood. On nights when I can't fall asleep, this soothing music puts me to sleep.

Do Not Listen To This While Driving!
I took my 3 nephews, ages 11, 15 & 16 on a trip recently and decided to play Liquid Mind VIII. They all passed out after 10 minutes and it put me in a hypnotic-like trance. Without my complete awareness, I followed a car off the exit that I wasn't supposed to get off. Only after seeing the brake lights from the car in front of me that I snapped out of it, and everyone else in the car woke up. We decided to listen to heavy metal and rap for the rest of the way :-). Normally though, I listen to the Liquid Mind CDs after a very stressful day and it melts the stress away. I am looking forward to Liquid Mind IX (if there is one in the works). I wonder...Are there other people like me who checks Amazon periodically to see if Liquid Mind IX is out? :-) I also wonder if anyone has ever had a get together, like a concert, listening to this music?
