This video is very well made, but it is too general to be of much real use. It seems like it is more about foot massage than reflexology.
Foo Foo Foot Massage
I viewed this video out of curiosity as I am trained in the Ingham-Byers Method of Reflexology. The intro was excellent and I expected more of the video. It stresses more massage than actual techniques used in reflexology. As a massage it is a very good but please call it massage. If you really want to learn reflexology go to the seminars given by the International Institute of Reflexology. Massage therapists and nurses can actually get CEU's for attending.

Iam a professional masseur,an i wanted to incorporate reflexlogy into my practice, this video was well written an flowed from one area of topic to the next, very smoothly, just as you would expect from a good massage.
Living Arts Reflexology Massage
This tape is excellent. It divides the foot and body into body systems, much like the other tapes, however, the techniques and better exhibited and explained than any of the others I've seen. In addition, much time is spent on arranging the client in order to protect back and knees as well as keep the recipient comfortable.
