Piano by Brickman
Brickman plays a beautiful piano. His Christmas music is great easy listening/background music. I would not consider him "New Age"...to me that is a big minus
Beautiful Music
Jim Brickman has his own distinct piano playing style. His music is relaxing and beautiful to listen to. I also ordered his piano book Peace. His music is quite playable for an intermediate pianist, and sounds just like what you hear on the CD.
Jim Brickman-Peace
Very nice. A mixture of his beautful piano ability and other voices. A very nice purchase for those who truly love Christmas carols.
JIM BRICKMAN-PEACE
A SWEET WELL DONE BLEND OF OLD FAVORITES THAT DO NOT 'SHOUT' AT YOU, BUT GENTLY BRING THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS TO YOUR HOME, AND STAY WITH YOU THROUGHOUT THE DAY. I LIKED THIS CD WELL ENOUGH TO BUY ONE FOR MY SISTER THIS CHRISTMAS. WE ARE SENIOR CITIZEN'S AND APPRECIATE EASY LISTENING MUSIC OF MOST GENRE, RATHER THAN BEING ASSAULTED AT A SCREAMING LEVEL WITH BOOM BOX MENTALITY.
Let There Be Peace
These are not really the traditional arrangements you may be expecting. I have really enjoyed this album over the last couple of Christmas seasons. It is a great CD to have playing in the background while you are entertaining guests or enjoying other holiday activities. It's a great stand alone album for when you want to get lost in the music but also works well for ambiance when you don't want the music to be the main point of focus. This has some old favorites, some new spins on old favorites and some new surprises.
