Reviews:
AWESOME
This cd has given my nephews alternative Christian rap music to listen to rather than the harsh rap that's out there now! Thanks KJ, may God continue to bless all you touch!!!!
I love this album =]
I've been a fan of KJ's since 7th Avenue, one of the more classic albums in the Gospel rap genre. Collaborations was entertaining as well, with a unique injection of comedy throughout.
Behind the Musik is a very good blend of the banging sound of 7th Avenue with the comedy of Collaborations. I'm a big fan of the result.
He is compared to Eminem more often than not, but this review is coming from one who has never listened to Eminem (aside from that hit that was played 100000000 times on the radio). That said, I think that KJ is a VERY welcome addition to the often-lackluster Gospel rap genre, and this album is a most excellent offering.
"Fivetweezy" gets stuck in my head a lot...and that's a good thing =]
Christian rap
Okay, I think kids like. I thought this was the one with "A coke and a fry and acheeseburger" on it...not. It was really hard to find this specific info out on line since it is a hidden track on the CD.
My sons favorite
My son received 3 Christian hip hop CD's for Christmas and this was his favorite.
Rap with a msg
KJ-52 is a man who we can all relate to. His words are true and his message is clear. No goofin' around here. You will know the truth after one spin around. So if you hear this CD, you are now "without excuse"!
