This multifunction sports digital watch offers a countdown timer and stopwatch with split-screen display, and split total elapsed time function. The large, round watch case--measuring 44mm wide (1.73 inches)--mixes black and blue tones and it has a positive black-on-white digital display. It's completed by a comfortable nylon strap in blue with a Velcro closure. Other features include dual time display (for tracking two time zones), Night Vision LCD backlighting, and water resistance to 100 meters--making it suitable to wear while surfing, swimming, and recreational scuba diving. Another Gnarly Shark!
I've been wearing Freestyle watches since '84 and I must say; they SHOULD have broken many times over (diving, surfing, skating), but instead took the beatings like a champ! The Mega Shark Predator has a bit larger body than the regular Predator but keeps the same size LCD display (albeit slightly larger numbers and extra displays depending on what function is being used (double cool!)). Doesn't seem too massive, and is easier to use than the older model, as usual, keeps excellent time, has dual zones, plus a few extras, not to mention the EL lighting is sweet! Looks like I still haven't found a better watch for the $$$ than Freestyle! EXCELLENT
