Great product to measure your weight loss progress
This is a great product for measuring your weight loss progress when you don't see the numbers on the scale changing. This shows you the "behind the scenes" progress happening inside your body.
Omron HBF-306C Body Fat Monitor
We were excited to get this unit! It is as accurate or more so as the Heathtrax (our Health Club) units, possibly even better, as it is not abused.
Accuracy is to repeat the tests 4-5 times and being able to receive the same reading while standing and holding the unit properly. This is a better way to check your body fat, rather than using calipers.
We use it daily, up to twice a day in the AM and PM. It is important to not use it after drinking water or a meal...best used when you are "empty".
You must grasp it correctly and hold it perfectly while your arms are straight out from your body, with your feet properly planted for an accurate reading. It is easy to"program" and easy to read. We plot our readings, and aim to reduce our higher than normal readings by exercise and adjusting our diet. This Body Fat monitor can be a "life" saver if used to monitor your body fat!

Great way to start your fat loss challenge ..
The weighing machine along with the Fat Loss Monitor gave me the tools to start my fat loss challenge. One of the best investments I made in a long time and towards the right direction.
It is easy to use, with simple instructions and perfectly straight-forward results.
Its been about 3 weeks since I bought this and I am happy with the product. Hope it runs as well after 6 months.
Omron Products are excellent
I am really impressed with Omron products. I also have a basic pedometer (works very well) and heart rate monitor. All three work flawlessly and cost less. If you are looking for health monitoring devices...Omron products are excellent.

It is an amazing tool to measure your fat% and BMI.
It is very easy to use, light, small and accurate piece of equipment. In only 40 seconds you will have an accurate measure of the fat% and BMI.
It is cheap and creates value if you run a business where you need to track your patients/customers/members in a easy way.
