I wanted a skirt for a while, and when I found this is the store, I loved it. I got it and was very happy with it. Its comfortable and looks great.
The only thing about it is that it blows up in the wind very easily, so i suggest wearing shorts underneath, unless you want to be all exposed.
Now that I found it for cheaper, I'm definitely going to get another one.
Sizing chart issues...
I'm not sure if I'm the only one with this issue, but when I went to view the sizing chart, my anti-virus program popped up and said the link was infected. I wouldn't buy the skirt without viewing the sizing chart first, but I won't infect my computer for a skirt, either.
Cheap material for the cost
It's described as a "thick-knit Jersey skirt" but the material was like a piece of burlap, very rough and very cheap. The skirt shrank after one wash and I did order an XL size anticipating this. It's just not very good quality for something I paid almost $19 for. Save your money.

you'll love this skirt if you miss your old highschool cheerleading itchy skirts. the only thing i would ever use it for is a halloween costume. in the picture, it looks lose and comfy. it's not at all. it is stiff, kinda itchy, and looks cheap. it doesn't move at all. i hated my cheerleading skirts, and i hate this one too.
