glorious v-necks.
I believe the colors with 'TRI' in the front are BIGGER sized than the ones with 'ATHLETIC'... so order the latter a size bigger if you like loose t-shirts.
Anyways. I have 3 of the 'tri' ones, and they are veryyyyy soft and comfortable. The v-neck is perfect, not too revealing. It does NOT go that deep like it does on the model on this amazon page.. the colors are gorrrrgeoussss.. although the shirts do feel a bit flimsy, I'd rather say they're 'soft'. (because they ARE soft...) And BUY IT FROM AMAZON!!! On the AA site, it's way more expensive. I was about to order a set of 3 shirts for more than 60 dollars but thank GOODNESS I found these on amazon...

The perfect "vintage" t-shirt, kind of flimsy
I ordered three of these shirts, one in dark blue, one in peppered grey, and one in light blue. The fit is really nice, they have a sort of semi-fitted appeal to them. The length is nice and long, not tunic length but comfortably long, so that it's not riding up on me and i'm constantly having to adjust. I was worried about the deep v-neck, especially since i'm big busted, I thought i'd be spilling out all over the place. The v-neck is actually perfect, and the only time I have issues is when I wear the light blue shirt. This one I also noticed fit smaller, even though I ordered it in the same size. It was snug, where as the other two were comfortably loose. I save that one for my "skinny" days. The quality is like that you'd find in a perfectly worn in t-shirt, you know, those really coveted ones you stumble across in a thrift store once in a million years? That's exactly what I was looking for, and these shirts provided that. My only complaint is the grey one stained really easily. It's not pretty much ruined and I only wear it around the house. The dark blue one seemed to rip a hole in the armpit overnight. I was pretty dissapointed, because now the hole is pretty big, and I just haven't had the time to sew it back up. I would probably suggest washing these on a low cycle and then hanging them out to dry, that might help them last a little longer. I tend to abuse my clothes pretty well. All in all I was very excited when I got these shirts, because they're soo comfortable, and look perfect with a pair of jeans for a casual look, which i'm all about. I will buy a couple more because I love them enough to give them a chance. They also tend to run true to size, I usually wear an XL in women's and I got a Large in this shirt and it was perfect. I would suggest trying on a men's shirt first, so you know your size, before ordering one of these.

I was nervous to order online but the 2 t shirts I ordered were exactly what I wanted. I had bought 2 of these from the American Apparel store but got 2 from you when I saw your price was cheaper. Thanks a lot!
