not perfect but ok for the price
The discription didn't specify how long the band was. I have a short torso and even if it fit me well around the belly, the band was so long that it covered my entire torso. I managed to fold it down which made my body less itchy from the seams but it felt a bit tighter around the belly. Overall, its ok for the price. THe black material somewhat felt better than the white one.
does the job
I got both the black and white belly bands. For the most part, I really liked the way I was able to wear my pre-pregnancy clothes a while longer before I needed to move into maternity wear. Just two small issues. First, they weren't really strong enough to hold my unbuttoned jeans up, so I was without that great staple for a while. Second, they're actually really long. This can be good or bad. I was able to pull the band all the way up to wear as a kind of camisole under lower-cut tops, and it still reached all the way down to cover my unbuttoned pants and hold them up. I used them for about a month in that transition period. But I understand I'll be able to get more use out of them after the baby arrives.
Poor Customer Service
Although I appreciate the concept of the product, the customer service for Baby Be Mine Maternity is horrible. After three unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service through their website (the only way to contact them) to have my incorrect shipment corrected, I gave up. Go with the bands at Target- they're more supportive and more affordable.

I am so happy with my purchase of the Baby Be Mine Maternity Belly Bands. Both of the bands work just like they are supposed to, and because they were bundled together the price was great. I definitely recommend the bands to anyone who is pregnant and dealing with the in between regular clothes and maternity clothes stage. The bands allow you to wear your normal pants, unbuttoned/unzipped, until you need to purchase maternity clothes. I am very satisfied.
