Just Right
I was thinking this would be very long on me, I'm petite, but it comes just below my hip, perfect! It is cozy warm, soft, not too heavy, not too light. Just right!

I ordered this for myself because it was cooler than I'd expected in Mesa in December. I am a large 66 year old, and I felt this did not make me feel like I stood out in a crowd because of my size, since it is a subdued gray. This was toasty to wear indoors as well as outside. It's certainly not a fashion statement, but that is not what I was looking for. It serves for every-day wearing and for running errands. I think I wore it to church once. Should wash easily. Pockets are generous and even have "inside" pockets, ok for small notebook, pencil, etc. The outside pockets have zippers, but I used them to warm my hands when walking outside or standing around, visiting with friends. I've put cell phone and coin purse in them...and a lipstick. I suppose this could be "jazzed up" with a scarf or some embroidered doo-dad. I like the collar and it's flattering to my chubby neck to leave it partly unzipped. The zipper is a sturdy one that hooks up at the bottom easily. The only thing different I'd do is maybe add some black trim around the collar, sleeve bottoms and pocket edges...and maybe an abstract design...and possibly some interesting, shiny black thing hanging attached to the zipper pull. If it came in navy with a lighter colored collar...like bright green, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. It's price was on sale, I think, which also made it a good purchase.
