The Osbourne saga
This DVD contains the documentary of Ozzy with his family and bandmates as well as an 8-page written biography and a discography section which displays the album titles/release date/track listing of Ozzy's work. You also get an option of english subtitles as well as a choice between PCM Stereo or Dolby Digital 6.1 surround sound. I enjoyed the documentary and got a better feel for Ozzy and the environment he tried to create with his music. I would have like to have seen more home video footage of Ozzy and his family. Also I wish the documentary could have been a little longer. Lastly since this DVD was released later than the actual program, would've been nice to get some updated material, maybe a commentary from Ozzy or his family. Still, a nice product and enjoyable for Ozzy fans.

Great Adventure in Ozzy-Land
It is hardly a Biography, but it does show a great deal more of Ozzy than many films do. It covers territory that really does reveal more of the human side, as well as a great deal of the rock star side. There are some totally cute scenes of Jack, Kelly and Aimee when they were young; really good human side material. This is a film that shows Ozzy from the Randy Rhoads side to the Dad Side and Beyond. It is fine that it does not include too many songs at any length , since the focus is a rough picture of Ozzy. As examples, we get some insight into the nutcases who sued over the suicide of a teen, and blamed Ozzy; a whole parade of people, all in the industry, comment on Ozzy, and they do have some input into this issue in particular as well as life in general as they experienced it with Ozzy. This is more like a Tourists guide to Ozzy than a biography, and its a fun set of snaps. Great for the fan, and for the soon to be fan.

Esential Osbourne
This DVD is a must have for any Ozzy or Black Sabbath fan. Everything you need to know about the legend himself is on here. Sabbath fans won't be dissapointed either. The DVD spans Ozzy's entire career, from his early Sabath days up to the early nineties. If you're looking for a concert DVD or music videos you might be dissapointed - Live and Loud will fill that gap. There are a few live perfomances on here, but they are mostly interrupted by interviews. The full length music video of the excellent "No More Tears" is included and finishes this DVD off very nicely. A very personal view into the life of the Madman. I highly recommend this DVD. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!

Randy
I dont care what any one says. This is Ozzy Osbournes music and Randys guitar. If anyone doesnt like the sounds of Ozzy and Randy there is something completely wrong with you. If you dont know much about Ozzy this is a great opputunity because it is somewhat of a documentery and not just a crapload of great music. So In other words buy this DVD because it kicks a**. Randy Rhoads Lives On

"He was really quiet cause he was such a nice guy!"on RAndy
"One of the weiredest things about this, was when I was doing the tribute to Crazy Train, and I asked Mrs. Rhoads if I get his sort of Flying V, polka dot guitar. And she had'nt opened that guitar since he was dead, ya know since the day he died. And I opened the box and I sort of got chills, because there were things that were left in the bag, like his cigarettes, and his little bits and pieces were in there, and his strings had all gone rusty, I remember freaking out when I saw it man!" "When you met Randy, he had a maturity, and he was very knowledgable, he had a maturity that a mature man would have, and he was ya know, in his early twenties." "I suppose,............at that time when he died........a part of me died with him, because he was the first guy...excuse me, person, who came along, and gave me hope." "I did'nt even have to turn around, I knew what Randy was doing, and Randy knew what I was going to do." "I would be sitting in one room, and I knew where Randy was in another, and i'd just start thinking about him and it was like I'd snap my fingers, and he'd be there!, it was weird. We had this communication going on that was really,...fantastic!" "Randy was a really great guitar player, he couldn't play Asteroids worth a lick, I always beat him, all the way across America, but he was good boy Randy, and he got along well with Ozzy, theyd sit down and right songs together!"-Lemmey Delores Rhoads-"Randy and Ozzy really got along well together, and each one knew what the other on was going to do, and as Ozzy has mentioned to me a number of times, he said, " if You were going to sit down, and to you know, try and manufacture what you thought the perfect guitar player would be, you know Randy Rhoads!" Randy on 1981 Guitar Player magazine new talent award "Sharon called up a week before and told me, I did'nt believe it, cause Sharon's always joking aroung with me anyway, and she called me and told me, and still, I did'nt believe it, because I'm really proud and honored, and ya know, I don't want to stop here."
