We combined heavier organic cotton with a bit of spandex for the material in our new flirty skirt. The 1-1/4-inch flat elastic waistband is comfortable and will not twist or roll. The bottom hem is finished with a raw edge that naturally rolls. All of the colors, except black, have a contrasting hem and silkscreened vine print. This one is just fun!
