Poor Return Policy
When I received this package and realized the items did not fit, I searched for return instructions. The company had only enclosed a packing slip, with no information - not even an address, let along return instructions. I finally located a number - in small print - at the stop of the slip. This was NOT an 800 number (although they do have one, as I later discovered), and I had to make a long-distance call from NY to Oregon. When I called, I received only voice mail. I left a message indicating my anger and unhappiness with a return policy process that is not automatically spelled out with the order, and one which obviously does all it can to discourage returns. My message obviously reached someone who cared. I ultimately received a return call. The company representative said she was forwarding me a postage free label for my return and provided me with an 800 number and E-Mail address for future use, if necessary. The credit to my accunt took over 2 weeks. The way the company resolved this matter was exemplary - however the type of return policy they empl0y - which they never apologized for - is devious, to say the least, and I will not deal with them again.
From a third party, not Amazon.com
Although I received the item exactly as advertised and in a timely manner, be aware that you are purchasing this item through a third party called Lead Apparel. not directly from Amazon.com. I did not realize this until after I placed the order and received an email confirming it. I guess by allowing Lead Apparel to sell using Amazon.com's website, Amazon.com is collectly a fee from Lead Apparel. I'm sure both parties, Amazon.com and Lead Apparel, are involved in this deception. This is very disturbing because Amazon.com is a publically traded corporation. Nice business model Jeff Bezos.
Jerzees makes excellent products
Jerzees makes great products that last for a long time. My son had Jerzees for over eight years but had to now buy a smaller size due to his weight loss. Elastic and drawstring waist are great, non-binding. Having pockets is great... Well worth the money... Heavy material which is appropriate for air conditioning or winter...
