From The Days When She Was Fun
If you're an 80s veteran you may like this concert, or if you are too young to have been around in her fun days, then buy it. This was when she was making really catchy music and before she started cussing out fans and flipping them the bird at every stage appearance. You'll see fans dressed up like her and enjoy a bunch of those good early songs. Watching it again, I had to laugh when she claimed to "not need money" and threw fake money at the audience. Look at her now and her need for more and more. It almost doesn't seem like the same person. I'm sorry, but the 80s were more fun! The quality of the tape was good also.

so glad that i purchased this VHS been looking for this tour for a while and it was well worth the wait .the tape i recieved and purchase from is all good like she said it plays and sounds great doesnt skip at all! i know where to get my Madonna stuff at! THE POWER OF KABBALAH! SERIOUSLY

Madonna,Virgin Tour.I was there,Seattle Wa, Paramount Theatre
To this day,one of the best concert's i have seen.Madonna was great that night at the Paramount Theatre,she rocked the house.In fact Seattle was were she opened the tour.I still remember that night,Awesome.The Beastie Boy's opened up for the Grand Dame herself.They were Booed of stage within 10 minutes,lol.When oh when will this fabolous concert be available on dvd?Anybody know? Early Madonna
Before she developed into a pretentious, over-sexed diva, Madonna was a chubby girl from the Midwest who sang catchy, sweet bubblegum songs. This concert is so cool. Madonna actually seems to be having fun here, while in her future tours she was deadly serious and looked somewhat like a soldier. The performance of "Like a Virgin" in the wedding dress is amazing, and I also love the "Gambler" performance- she needs to do a live version of that song again! Madonna- you used to be so pretty and sweet! What happened? I want THIS Madonna back!

I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS CONCERT ON DVD,BUT IT WASNT RELEASED AS YET,AND SO I WILL SETTLE FOR THE VHS VERSION.THIS TOUR IS THE ESSENTIAL MADONNA AT HER PRIME.MADONNAS STYLE IN MUSIC HAS CHANGED OVER THE YEARS,BUT THIS CONCERT GOES BACK TO HER ROOTS.MADONNA HAS SEVERAL CD RELEASES PENDING,BUT I USUALLY WAIT FOR THE DVD MUSICAL RELEASES OF HER NEW DANCE MATERIAL. HIGHLY RECOMMENED.I OWN THIS VIDEO.PLEASE NOTE THIS TITLE IS AVAILABLE ON DVD OVERSEAS.
