Comfortable but not that great
The best thing about this product and that you can wear it all day without thoughts of suicide! Unfortunately it doesn't provide the same results as the uncomfortable ones either. I guess you can't have it all.

waist not snug enough
I like how the Spanx Mid Thigh Smoother doesn't make much of a line on my thighs when I'm wearing clingy pants or skirt. However, the waist is too loose and tends to roll down a bit after I've had it on for a while. I'm a size 8 / 10, and ordered the Medium size Spanx. My suggestion would be to order a smaller size than you think you need.
