hi, i bought this ab wheel to lose my belly and get hard rock abs. after i bought it, it was actually very easy to assemble it, and also to use it. if your a beginner you have to get used to your balance and strength. One more thing, it does not only work your abs, it tones your whole upper body, especially your arms. you will feel very sore after you do about 50 of them..i would highly recommend this product to any beginners.

I bought this product with a lot of skepticism -- it's made of plastic, it's $10, and it's a wheel that's somehow supposed to work your abs. But reviews from other people were good and the price is unbeatable, so I just figured what the hell. And guess what, this is now one of my favorite exercises and a staple in my at-home routine (which also consists of the Perfect Pushup and the Iron Gym). Using this ab wheel you get a great stretch and it'll make your lower back, abs, lats, shoulders and arms work for their money. I'm a web developer, so my job is sitting in front of the computer for 10, 12, 16 hours a day, and I've developed a bunch of problems with posture and general joint irritation, but I firmly believe that this has helped me out. Also my girlfriend off the cuff said "Are you still doing that ab wheel thing every night? I can tell". That's a nice thing to hear :) Anyway, you've got nothing to lose for something this cheap, and I haven't broken the thing yet, so give it a shot!

Does actually work.
While the Ab Wheel I received does not have the same handles as that in the product photo (mine has rubber handles and the logo peeled off after a week), this product does actually work (if used correctly). After the first use, I definitely felt it in my abs the next day. Careful though, if you're on the heavy side (like myself) don't be too gun-ho about slimming down, you will pull some muscles after the first use.

not bad for abs for price
You have to be patient and work at least 3-4 times a week. Also do something else because Ab wheel alone won't do it. I like the product for the price & installation was piece of cake. not bad to have something else apart from regular exercise.

Take the Valeo Dual Ab Wheel, find your sturdiest stepchild and largest backpack. Install backpack on stepchild. Attach Ab Wheel to Stepchild. Voila! Crude wheelbarrow. Also, good for the obvious exercise usage.
