Double check
This is a beautiful item, but due to sizing questions, i went to Mystic Clothing website directly. The same item on their website was $12.00 less than on Amazon. I ordered it directly from Mystic and the total with shipping was less than what the base price was on Amazon.
Wonderful Light Gown for hot Summer nights
The gown was a gift for my Grandmother in South Africa. I loved it as it is light for the very hot summer they are having there and she is having hip replacement in January and will need a gown that is light while she is getting around. I am sure she will love it.
Update: She recieved her gown and just loves loves it, she is loves that it is light and easy to slip into and get around the hospital in and at the same time look elegant. She said she feels like a "princess" and has nver owned something so beautiful. I am greatfull that I was able to send her something beautiful and at the same time within my budget being a Stay at home Mom with a one income coming in it is nice to be able to afford something that is beautiful and at the same time serve a purpose.
Lovely Robe!
I like the robe very much and so does my daughter, for whom it was a gift. I had read a review that said to order a size larger than normal, so I did, and that was just right. My daughter is usually a small (6-8), but I got the medium, and it was perfect. The quality is very good, and it was a great deal, money-wise. So overall, we are very happy with the purchase!
A Class Act
I purchased this robe in black because I sometimes use gradual tanners which can stain light colored fabric. This is perfect to use shortly after applying the tanner or anytime. It washes like a dream and looks just as it did before washing.
I do wish I had purchased a Large so it wouldn't gap at the legs when I sit down. If I had really thought about it, the Large size would have been a better fit than Medium as I may be in between. So, I bought the Large and my daughter took the Medium and we're both happy now! Sizing can vary but I do think the measurements in the size chart are fine. I'm a little modest I guess and like the lower part to cover more when I'm at the breakfast table, etc.
The style and quality of the robe is great. Very soft and well made for an affordable price.
